Here's another one!

What other pest control companies?

For a number of years I used O------, but when O------ decided customers were only good for profit, I told them and a few of their service people where to go. I want a pest control company that can come when I'm free, not when it's convenient for them. I want them to be able to take care of all the insect and non-human pests. I don't want to hire someone else to take care of bees or to haul off dead critters.

I'm not an easy customer, I suppose. I like to sleep in the mornings as I normally am up during the evenings. Where I'm located, it seems I was the first stop for O-------, and their people always wanted to come at 7am. I suggested they reverse their schedule so I could be the last customer of the day, but they refused. I'm one of those skittish females that is petrified of even a dead roach when I accidentally come upon it, and mice send me running. In August of 1998, Adam and I ran into each other, and he told me he had started a new company with his friend Rich, and I said "Thank God, when do you want to start at my house?" I told him there were visitors in the attic, possibly mice in the garage, and the roaches were taking dibs on the rest of the house.

Patty calls at least a day before and schedules their technicians around my schedule. They work WITH their customers. They treat the whole property for one rate, never charging extra for inside. If a person has allergies, like me, they use products that still work and don't make pets or people sick. If a technician comes that I don't like, or doesn't seem to do that great of a job, Adam Collette wants to know. He doesn't want people who don't want to take pride in their work. His techs also give the homeowner tips on how to keep rodents and non-human out of the home and believe me, those tips do work and will people money down the road.

I suppose I'm rather prejudicial, but I think of Adam and PPP as more than just my exterminators. I list them among my friends and family. They all seem to treat people with that "family" idea of taking care of each other. Mice, roaches, bees, or even a possum stuck under the roof behind the chimney - what other pest control company is there? So if you want a lower rate, go with someone else, but expect second rate service.

More happy customers!

I just wanted to send a quick message saying thank you to all involved in removing the bee infestation in my home. It was very nice to have the owner present during the process. Both the owner and the technician doing the job were very nice and polite to my wife and family during this tense time. They did very little damage to my house and completely removed the hive and the problem in a very short time. To this date, the bees are gone and things are back to normal. I would highly recommend PPP for any additional work and have already mentioned there names to some of my neighbors for their services. I would not hesitate to use them again.
